Redesign of the BlueBox Monitor App which provides retail employees with a digital tool to receive and document completed tasks created by the store manager.

Constructing an interface that is beneficial to the wide range target audience while still being enjoyable and providing a lot of dense and useful information
PROCESS
During the period of 4 weeks I conducted an in-depth user research, executed a content audit and run multiple user tests including Bipolar Emotional Response test (BERT) and Think Aloud Test. Interviews and focus groups provided me with insights on areas for improvements.
Based on the gathered information I redesigned the information architecture, interaction patterns and visual design. After several iterations of the design process, the applications was well-received and is currently being programmed.
