THE CHALLENGE
Create a website about child labour which purpose is to educate
and engage a new target audience.
SOLUTION - CHALLENGE
1 month of ethical choices = 1month of a fair life for a child. The goal is to shop ethically for a month by buying Fairtrade Certified products. Each product equals a certain amount of points. The task is to collect 100 points which equals 500DKK spent on Fairtrade products.
INTERACTIVE MAP
Presents all connections the user has made by purchasing Fairtrade products. Whenever the user scans a product (using a QR scanner in their smartphone camera) the map generates a new connection to the country of origin of these products.
360 VIDEO
The concept is simple: The viewer expects a guilty free cooking recipe (resembling “Tasty” Buzzfeed videos) when instead the hard reality of child workers on plantations is presented. The conflict is resolved by swapping the ingredients with Fairtrade products making the recipe truly guilty free..
PRODUCT LIBRARY
Allows the user to find a specific Fairtrade Certified product, filter them through other labels such as organic or non-GMO and find the nearest store where they can purchase that product.
UX STORYBOARD TOOL
During the ideation stage, various possible customer paths for each stage of the campaign were created. However, every variation of those paths needed to be tested. Therefore, we created a UX Storyboard Tool that allows users to create their own customer journey.
